The Ohio House passed Senate Bill 340 on Thursday. It had been approved by the Senate. It would freeze mandates for renewable energy, energy efficiency and peak-demand reduction during 2015 and 2016. It also would create a legislative study committee to review existing mandates and make policy change recommendations to the General Assembly.
